About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the delivery function for BeOne's global SAP-focused ERP Center of Excellence
Define and continuously improve ERP delivery governance, roles, controls, standards, and Agile ways of working
Orchestrate end-to-end execution across SAP Functional and Technical CoEs from intake through stabilization
Align skills and capacity with prioritized demand and manage constraints, trade-offs, internal teams, partners, and contingent resources
Ensure accurate project time charging and capitalization of eligible labor in line with Finance policy
Lead test strategy, regression automation, quality gates, defect management, and quality metrics
Embed GxP, computer system validation, and quality requirements into delivery
Own release calendars, environment coordination, deployment readiness, cutover governance, and upgrade/lifecycle planning
Own JIRA/ALM workflows, data standards, dashboards, automation, and delivery reporting
Establish delivery, quality, release, testing, utilization, and capacity metrics and drive continuous improvement
Remove bottlenecks, simplify processes, expand automation, and drive adoption of standard ways of working
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and the Design Authority on standards, Clean Core, and solution integrity
Hold delivery partners accountable for quality, documentation, controls, performance, and knowledge transfer
Build and lead a global Delivery Excellence organization with accountability, development, and succession
Provide direct and matrix leadership, talent development, succession planning, and elastic workforce/capacity management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of progressive enterprise technology, ERP delivery, applications, or program/portfolio management experience, including senior leadership in complex global environments, OR Master's degree (preferred) with 10+ years of such experience
Experience leading large-scale SAP/ERP delivery organizations or transformation programs across functional, technical, testing, release, and operations teams
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA delivery lifecycles and dependencies across configuration, development, integration, security, Basis/platform, data, testing, and release management
Experience with demand management, estimation, capacity planning, portfolio governance, resource allocation, and delivery performance management
Experience in quality engineering, enterprise testing strategy, regression automation, defect management, and release-quality metrics
Experience in a regulated life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similarly controlled environment
Working knowledge of GxP and computer system validation strongly preferred
Experience with JIRA and SAP-focused ALM platforms
Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, organizational change, and vendor management skills
Ability to lead globally distributed teams and strategic service partners across geographies and time zones
Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, resource planning, and balancing internal capacity with external services
Ability to travel internationally as needed
