About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report directly to the founder and work with the entire team
Drive product and market strategy projects from research and analysis through recommendations and implementation
Provide day-to-day support, including preparing key meetings and solving unowned problems
Collaborate with the team on the shared Claude setup, including Projects, skills, connectors, and no-code automations
Develop the company's AI backbone and align teams around shared processes and data flows

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in consulting, at a startup or scale-up, or in a similar role
Strong analytical and structured thinking: you can take an open question and turn it into a clear answer
Hands-on experience using AI tools like Claude in your work
Familiarity with no-code tools such as Make, n8n, Airtable, or Notion is a plus
Interest in how processes connect and how work gets done, and the drive to make it better
Fast, reliable, and comfortable switching between strategic work and day-to-day topics
Excellent, fully fluent English
German is a plus
Genuine curiosity about AI, innovation, and the future of work
Enthusiasm and energy; genuinely enjoyable to work with
