Key responsibilities & impact

Develop innovative digital products, AI-based use cases, and agentic AI solutions from ideation and conceptualization through implementation
Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction, automating processes, scaling digital services, and achieving sustainable cost efficiency
Apply Design Thinking, Design Sprints, and ideation processes
Use Generative AI, AI-assisted prototyping, Prompt Engineering, and data-driven validation approaches
Analyze customer needs, market and competitive developments, regulatory requirements, emerging technologies, and AI trends
Identify opportunities for intelligent products, data-driven services, automation solutions, and new digital business models
Develop product visions, value propositions, hypotheses, and commercial business models
Use AI to generate insights, personalize experiences, and scale digital products
Support the implementation of digital products and business models
Help shape the AI transformation of customers at the Bermuda Digital Studio
Enable teams to successfully use modern AI tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in digital product management
Strong technical understanding
Knowledge of data analysis, automation, and AI applications
Strong affinity for artificial intelligence and proven experience using modern AI tools in day-to-day work
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
Familiarity with agile working methods and processes
Experience in digital product management
Experience with agile leadership and ways of working
Project experience in Product Owner processes
Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to use figures, data, and metrics to measure and evaluate product or project success
Ability to present ideas and work results convincingly
Ability to prepare necessary project decisions professionally and reliably
Initial professional experience in the energy sector is an advantage, ideally in B2C sales, marketing, energy services, and/or innovation
Excellent German language skills (at least C2 level)
Very good English language skills
