About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct internal evaluations and compliance audits across all departments
- Assess compliance with aviation regulations, including OTARs and FARs, and company procedures
- Verify Safety Management System processes and review operational processes
- Prepare detailed audit reports and support corrective actions and risk mitigation
- Oversee third-party quality systems and contractor compliance
- Provide compliance guidance and support proactive safety culture initiatives
- Collaborate with various departments to identify risks and enhance safety, quality, and customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in aviation or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in the aviation industry with quality assurance auditing and compliance management experience
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations and risk management
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, AS9100, or AS9110 certifications preferred
- Experience with reporting platforms
- Excellent communication skills
