About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make phone calls to schools to schedule in-person meetings with school owners, principals, coordinators, and/or teachers
- Conduct meetings at educational institutions to present teaching materials, educational solutions, and commercial proposals aligned with the school’s needs
- Manage and qualify the sales pipeline, ensuring strategic follow-up on opportunities
- Work in alignment with planning and market intelligence
- Monitor performance indicators
- Focus on conversion and the achievement of sales targets
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge of the products/services offered (teaching materials and educational solutions)
- Knowledge of the market and competitors, with the ability to identify competitive differentiators
- Proficiency in active prospecting and lead qualification techniques
- Experience managing a customer portfolio, ensuring ongoing relationships and high-quality after-sales service
- Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage the pipeline, interaction history, and follow-ups
- Availability to travel is required
- Class B driver’s license
- Availability to drive on highways
