About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, produce, and execute institutional, owned, and brand events end to end, including exclusive relationship-building experiences
Develop strategic briefs, aligning scope with vendors, partners, and internal teams
Manage schedules, budgets, contracts, and performance indicators, ensuring delivery excellence and a results-oriented approach
Support management of the department’s budget (events, promotional items, and vendors), ensuring efficiency and financial responsibility
Execute and ensure the excellence of the brand’s premium experiences in line with its institutional positioning
Work on B2B corporate events, brand activations, and sponsorships
Manage production, logistics, promotional item, staging, and catering vendors
Deliver high-quality results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Be flexible to travel and available for evening and weekend events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Events, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields
Experience with large-scale and strategic events
Knowledge of graphic and communications materials
Event production and setup skills
Knowledge of financial spreadsheets
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication with diverse audiences
Established vendor network
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Availability for evening and weekend events
Use of generative AI to support day-to-day tasks
Applicants must be based in Belo Horizonte or the surrounding region
44-hour workweek, Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
