Key responsibilities & impact

Process contract terminations, including severance calculations, calculation reviews, and determination of amounts to be refunded
Adjust installments and terms when payment plans are amended
Update the financially responsible party on contracts
Prepare settlement proposals for current-year and prior-year debts
Record commercial scholarships and support socioeconomic assessments
Adjust academic changes with financial implications, such as program or shift changes and recording unused days
Analyze payment disputes, fee reimbursements, and proof of payment
Record one-off school-material sales in the financial system
Generate Excel reports to track requests
Identify opportunities to refine workflows and propose process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Financial Management
Intermediate Excel skills, with a focus on report generation
Experience with TOTVS or other ERP systems
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools
Basic knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, and contracts
Experience with accounts receivable at educational institutions is a plus
Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday; Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
