About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct support to analysts during monthly closing processes and the annual budgeting cycle (Budget/Forecast).
  • Assist in identifying key variances between Actuals and Budget.
  • Serve as the focal point for handling requests from business areas regarding budget control in the budgeting module.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills (essential for supporting business areas), proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Power BI, plus a basic understanding of programming logic or database manipulation (a plus).
  • Previous experience in a controllership, tax, or finance environment (a plus).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (experience with RM TOTVS is a plus).
  • 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. (6 hours per day).
