Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consulting services to partner schools in the assigned portfolio, addressing needs such as meetings with parents and students, and training and development programs for teachers and school management teams
Offer solutions to institutional challenges based on professional expertise and analysis of the situation, including meetings, workshops, training sessions, commercial landscape analysis, and initiatives to improve results
Work to strengthen partner retention and identify opportunities to expand partnerships
Stay continuously up to date on the education landscape, the world of work, and technology through research and study
Ensure remote and/or on-site support for portfolio clients by managing schedules and executing action and service plans
Manage portfolio health metrics, including contract renewal tracking, commercial negotiations, and cross-sell and up-sell strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed
Postgraduate degree or MBA preferred
Valid Category B driver's license and willingness to travel required
Specialized knowledge of current education legislation
Specialized knowledge of Brazil's New Secondary Education model
Specialized knowledge of Brazil's Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC)
Specialized knowledge of the ENEM (Brazilian National High School Exam)
Specialized knowledge of the products offered by the education system
