About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Obtain freight quotes, presenting costs and delivery times according to the needs and urgency of orders
Ensure the best shipping and delivery method within the agreed timeframe
Track materials from dispatch through final delivery
Act as an intermediary between the Customer Relations team and transportation carriers
Identify and prioritize order shipments
Schedule dispatches according to the stipulated delivery dates
Meet the assigned demand

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education
Specific knowledge: Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
Knowledge of TMS is desirable
Availability to work on-site at the Distribution Center in Guarulhos
Availability to work Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
