About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support marketing projects across social media, digital ads, video, motion graphics, and print materials
  • Create graphics and conduct image research
  • Assist senior designers with creative projects
  • Contribute to visual packaging direction for books, covers, jackets, and interiors
  • Help oversee implementation of visual-packaging concepts that represent books’ essence and attract target audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be ready to work full-time on or before June 2028
  • Must be able to work 28 hours/week throughout the program
  • Must be available and commit to working June 7th, 2027 – August 12th, 2027
  • Must reside in the U.S. for the duration of the internship program
  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must work primarily on Eastern Time
  • Submit a resume, cover letter, and portfolio
  • Portfolio is required; applications without portfolios will not be reviewed
  • Desire to work with books, drive to learn, and curiosity for the publishing industry
  • Design or art students are ideal candidates, but college enrollment or a degree is not required
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite is expected or desired
