About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise people in need of care in their own homes so they can continue living at home for longer
- Gather key information, including photos, measurements, and preferences
- Present our standard and premium solutions
- Close deals directly on site or work closely with the inside sales team to prepare quotations
- Document all details in the system to ensure the installation project is properly prepared
- Advise customers on site as the face of besser zuhause
- Explain solutions clearly and close deals directly with customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in sales, field sales, or skilled trades is an advantage, but not required
- Enjoyment of direct customer contact and a persuasive presence
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
- Freelance work with your own vehicle
