Gather, document, and deliver business requirements for complex configuration data sets
Work directly with insurance carriers to document key scope decisions for assigned projects
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the engineering team
Support data-driven solutions for major insurance industry carriers
Complete specific deliverables during a defined six-month temporary project with the Sr Director of Delivery Management

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in insurance, financial services, or SaaS
Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications
Ability to interpret and organize complex product configuration data sets
Familiarity with policy administration systems or underwriting workflows is a plus
Comfortable working directly with clients and internal teams, in writing and verbally
Proficiency with Google Sheets, JIRA, Confluence, and a data visualization tool such as Tableau or Grist
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Must reside in the contiguous 48 United States
Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship requirements are addressed in the application
