About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Help create happy customers as part of the store team
- Work with the team to create an unforgettable shopping experience through short waiting times and a great atmosphere
- Keep the store inspiring and appealing by regularly replenishing stock, maintaining high product standards, and using strategic product placement
- Assist with implementing sales campaigns
- Contribute to achieving store targets through a positive attitude
- Manage, motivate, develop, and support the store team together with the Store Manager
- Ensure service quality, merchandising standards, cleanliness, order, and product availability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced professionals or career changers with experience in people management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and approach
- Strong affinity for working with key performance indicators
- Ability to organize yourself and a team
- Willingness to share responsibility with the Store Manager for leading, motivating, developing, and supporting the store team
- Willingness to implement the store concept through excellent service quality, inspiring merchandising, cleanliness and order, and product availability
