About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Games Delivery Expert in coordinating day-to-day activities required to launch and maintain casino games
- Help prepare and update game release plans across markets
- Track launch milestones, deadlines, approvals and dependencies
- Follow up with game providers and internal teams to collect information needed for upcoming releases
- Keep release trackers and project documentation up to date and flag delays or missing information
- Collect and organise game details, descriptions, rules, images and other launch materials
- Check game metadata, categories, tags and lobby information for accuracy and consistency
- Support preparation and review of configuration information under the guidance of the Games Delivery Expert
- Ensure correct materials and information are available for each market and launch
- Assist with pre-release checks and functional testing, following test plans and guidance
- Record test results clearly and track identified issues
- Follow up on issues with providers or internal teams and escalate when needed
- Support launch-day checks and post-launch monitoring
- Collect and organise certificates, approvals and other required launch documents
- Maintain records of testing, release decisions and operational follow-up
- Track market-specific launch requirements with the Games Delivery Expert and Compliance team
- Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Design, Compliance, Technical teams and external game providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Internship in Digital Business, Project Management, Product Management, Gaming, Business Administration or a related subject
- Genuine interest in online casino games and how digital products are prepared and launched
- Detail-oriented and comfortable keeping trackers and documentation accurate
- Able to organise several tasks and deadlines at the same time
- Clear communication and enjoyment of working with different teams and external partners
- Proactive, dependable and comfortable asking questions when information is unclear
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and process matter
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, testing processes or back-office tools is helpful, but not essential
- Available from January 2027 in Bordeaux
- Apprenticeship contract is not eligible on this role
