About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate marketing initiatives for the Turf vertical with internal teams
- Help monitor campaigns and analyze their performance
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on user feedback and observed results
- Contribute to discussions on the development of the Turf experience, particularly across product and mobile
- Monitor digital usage patterns, AI, and industry trends
- Provide operational support for the vertical’s partnerships
- Manage partnerships related to the horse-racing ecosystem
- Improve coordination between internal teams and partners
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Product, Tech, and Data teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a first- or second-year Master’s degree
- Working toward a Master’s-level qualification, ideally in marketing, digital, communications, business, or project management
- Interest in technology, digital products, and emerging usage patterns, particularly on mobile
- Curiosity about sports betting
- Interest in AI and its practical applications
- Ability to monitor the performance of implemented initiatives
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with a methodical approach
- Enjoys interacting with a wide range of stakeholders and working as part of a team
- Ability to take initiative and ask questions in order to learn and grow
- An interest in horse racing is a plus, but not essential
- This is a paid six-month internship starting in January 2027
- An apprenticeship contract is not available for this position
