About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own internal products used by every engineer in the company
Build and run the CI/CD platform
Develop GitHub Actions, self-hosted runners, and elastic capacity
Build integration components around GitHub, Jira, monitoring, and code analysis
Incorporate supply-chain security, secrets, scanning, and quality gates into default workflows
Test, validate, and iterate on agentic AI workflows
Work directly with engineering tribes to identify productivity issues and guide platform development
Measure delivery across the company and assess whether engineering teams become faster
Apply TDD, automated testing, continuous deployment, and observability to internal products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience building and running production infrastructure
Experience as the person others rely on when production infrastructure breaks
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
Comfortable coding in at least one programming language
Experience with developer tooling or platform engineering, or ownership of product-team pipelines
Experience with AI coding assistants, agents, and automation
Professional English is required
Senior-level experience
Ability to work on-site in Bordeaux 4 days per month
