About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape, prioritize, and deliver solutions related to the Market-to-Sales workstream
- Work with business stakeholders to define and prioritize stories based on business value
- Interact daily with development teams to design and deliver solutions
- Collaborate with business owners, scrum masters, developers, testers, and analysts
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily scrum, and retrospectives
- Analyze business needs and articulate, design, and deliver solutions for current and future business needs
- Collaborate with business counterparts to shape Market-to-Sales functional requirements and processes
- Translate functional and business requirements into actionable solution designs
- Build hands-on designs, prototypes, and proofs of concept for Salesforce CPQ and Billing requirements
- Oversee implementation of resolution solutions, including work with external consultants when needed
- Recommend improvements to systems and processes to make Market-to-Sales operations more efficient and automated
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, task, and project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and curious self-starter able to juggle multiple project initiatives and agile teams
- 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Proficiency with Salesforce administration tasks
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce automation using Lightning Flows and Process Builders valued
- Knowledge of Agile software development processes, including Kanban and Scrum
- Knowledge and/or experience with user stories, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous testing
- Understanding and experience with end-to-end system integrations and business system landscapes
- Ability to interpret documented business processes into application workflows and features
- Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Billing experience highly valued
- Understanding of SaaS and subscription contract lifecycle, including contracts, subscriptions, amendments, and renewals
- Understanding of CPQ impacts on downstream billing and revenue systems
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ and Billing components, including price and product rules, advanced approvals, quote documents, and Salesforce Billing
- Must work EST time zone
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Salesforce CPQ certification preferred
