About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct video consultations and message with patients via telemedicine
Assess, screen, diagnose, and prescribe medication as clinically appropriate
Coordinate treatment planning and care delivery with UpLift’s network of therapists
Provide empathetic, high-quality care and uphold UpLift’s clinical and service standards
Share product and workflow feedback with UpLift’s engineering and operations teams to improve care delivery
Make clinical decisions independently in accordance with state telehealth laws and professional standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of experience as a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or licensed Psychiatrist
Active medical license in Wyoming, in good standing
Comfortable prescribing medication when clinically appropriate and permitted by state law
Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver virtual care
Previous telemedicine experience is a plus
Multiple state licenses are a strong advantage
Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage
PMHNP
Medical License (Preferred)
