Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are studying marketing, communications, media management, business administration, or a comparable subject—or you have relevant vocational training or practical experience in these fields.
  • You have gained initial experience in marketing, project organisation, or commercial administration, for example through internships, part-time jobs, or your own projects.
  • You enjoy organising, work independently, and keep track of deadlines and outstanding tasks.
  • You write confidently in German and have a good feel for audience-appropriate copy and engaging content.
  • You are confident using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or content management systems is an advantage.
  • You are interested in events and the work behind the scenes.
  • Previous event technology experience is not required.
