About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and deliver production Flutter applications for iOS and Android
Participate critically in the development cycle
Collaborate with end users and development teams
Ensure software products meet the highest quality standards
Align testing strategies and deliverables with business requirements
Manage Sentry release tagging, symbol uploads, alert rules, and crash-volume triage to root cause
Work with Datadog, Luciq, Crashlytics, or equivalent RUM and session replay tools
Implement analytics instrumentation using PostHog and AppsFlyer
Be accountable for crash-free rate and p95 metrics
Use Claude Code and Cursor while reviewing every line of code before merging to main

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years mobile experience
3+ years Flutter experience
Shipped at least one production Flutter app to both stores
Real native iOS and Android skill
Kotlin/Gradle proficiency
Swift/SPM proficiency
Ability to read a native stack trace
Ability to fix broken Xcode or Gradle builds
Ability to write a platform channel
Strong Dart 3, null safety, pattern matching, and sealed classes
Clean Architecture, layered packages, and dependency injection
Reactive state experience
Tests by default
Strong Bash and monorepo tooling
Strong English
Nice to have: Fastlane/CI, Bluetooth/TCP printer integration, white-label at scale, Stripe, and deep linking
