Build test automation frameworks from the ground up, defining the architecture, standards, organization, and pipeline.
Develop and execute automated front-end and API tests using Cypress.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Work on real-world, high-impact projects, particularly in the financial sector.
Collaborate with leadership, clients, and technical teams.
Participate in initial conversations about career goals, culture, expectations, technology stack, and project preferences.
Participate in technical interviews with client leadership or technical teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with Cypress, covering front-end and API testing.
Candidates with Playwright experience and strong proficiency will also be considered, with the understanding that day-to-day work will be performed in Cypress.
Proven experience building a test automation framework from scratch, including selecting the architecture, standards, organization, and pipeline—not merely maintaining an existing framework.
Career focused on automation, with a technical profile closely aligned with software development.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Ownership mindset: accountability for deliverables, initiative to anticipate goals, and transparency in identifying errors and moving forward.
Availability to work on-site once a week.
Preferred: experience with consumer credit products, such as auto loans, personal loans, and overdraft limits.
Preferred: knowledge of .NET, the predominant technology in the stack.
Preferred: knowledge of SQL.
Preferred: familiarity with AWS, particularly pipeline creation.
