About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work as a Senior Java Developer on real-world, high-impact projects
Apply Java, Spring, and cloud architectures to client projects
Work with streaming and messaging solutions
Develop solutions involving multiprocessing, concurrency, container scalability, and load distribution
Use relational and non-relational databases
Apply code quality practices, SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns
Participate in high-performance projects and squads
Collaborate with leadership, clients, and technical teams
Participate in initial discussions and technical interviews during the recruitment process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Java
Strong experience with Spring, especially Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring MVC
Knowledge of streaming and messaging solutions, including RabbitMQ, Kafka, SQS, and SNS
Experience with cloud architecture, especially AWS
Strong knowledge of Java multiprocessing practices, including multithreading, parallelism, concurrency, container scalability, and load distribution
Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases
Strong understanding and practical application of code quality principles, including SOLID and Clean Code
Familiarity and experience with Design Patterns
Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement three days per week in the Paulista area of São Paulo, SP
