About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install air filters primarily in rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems
- Service area schools or industrial customers
- Work independently with remote supervision
- Operate the company vehicle to travel to customer locations
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and at heights up to 40 feet
- Work a typical week with potential overtime
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must pass an extensive background check and drug screening
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must be able to take the company vehicle home
- Must have good phone skills
- Must be good with technology, including smart phones
- Must be at least 21 years of age to operate the company vehicle
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license subject to continuous review
- Comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
- Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA
- Must weigh less than 275 pounds due to ladder weight restriction limit
- Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
- Comfortable using a technology platform, including smart phones
- Ability to work independently with remote supervision
- Ability to work a typical work week with potential overtime
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Preferred experience: facility and/or grounds maintenance, construction, HVAC, cable installation, route delivery and set-up
