Contactar a clientes potenciales mediante llamadas telefónicas para ofrecer productos financieros
Brindar información y asesoría sobre préstamos, créditos y otros productos financieros de Alfin Banco
Identificar las necesidades y el perfil del cliente para ofrecerle la alternativa financiera correspondiente
Realizar seguimiento a clientes interesados para incrementar la conversión y el cierre de ventas
Participar en capacitaciones remotas
Trabajar en horarios rotativos full time, semi full o part time

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experiencia de 3 meses en call center
Contar con herramientas propias, ya sea PC o laptop
Tener internet cableado
Educación secundaria
Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo en horario rotativo
Capacidad para realizar gestión de 7 h 30 min más 45 min de refrigerio en modalidad full time
