About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contactar a clientes actuales de Claro para ofrecerles renovación de equipo y mejoras en su servicio hogar
- Participar en capacitación de 10 días: 5 días teóricos y 5 días prácticos
- Trabajar de lunes a sábado en modalidad full time o mini full
- Atender la campaña OLAS – Claro Perú
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 meses mínimo de experiencia en ventas por Call Center
- PC o laptop
- Windows 10
- Core i3 5ta generación o equivalente en adelante
- 8 GB de RAM como mínimo
- Internet cableado mínimo 50 Mbps
- Audífonos con entrada USB
- Cámara encendida durante la capacitación
- Se requiere RUC y Clave SOL
- Estudios: Junior High School
- Professional experience: Less than 1 year
