About the role

  • Contactar a clientes actuales de Claro para ofrecerles renovación de equipo y mejoras en su servicio hogar
  • Participar en una capacitación de 11 días: 6 días teóricos y 5 días prácticos
  • Trabajar en campaña OLAS – Claro Perú mediante llamadas inbound y outbound
  • Atender horarios full time o mini full de lunes a sábado

Requirements

  • 3 meses mínimo de experiencia en ventas por Call Center
  • PC o laptop
  • Windows 10
  • Core i3 5ta generación o equivalente en adelante
  • 8 GB de RAM como mínimo
  • Internet cableado mínimo 50 Mbps
  • Audífonos con entrada USB
  • Cámara encendida durante la capacitación
  • RUC y Clave SOL para la contratación inicial
  • Educación secundaria
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a sábado
  • Experiencia profesional: menos de 1 año
