About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle all aspects of licensing for clinicians according to state compliance and insurance standards
- Support onboarding of providers
- Enable expansion of services into new geographical areas
- Navigate multi-state clinician licensing and cross-licensing requirements
- Manage IMLCC, NLC, Collaborative Practice Agreements, and DEA/Controlled Substance regulatory frameworks
- Coordinate multi-state applications, renewals, and CME tracking
- Communicate directly with state medical boards and government agencies
- Maintain provider databases in Google Suite
- Resolve licensing discrepancies
- Coordinate with credentialing and clinical operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3+ years of experience navigating multi-state clinician licensing
- Experience with State/Federal regulations, Controlled Substance/DEA rules, Collaborative Practice Agreements, and interstate compacts (IMLCC/NLC)
- Proven track record coordinating directly with medical boards, government agencies, and internal credentialing teams
- Experience streamlining multi-state applications, renewals, and CME tracking
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience maintaining provider databases in Google Suite
- Ability to resolve licensing discrepancies
- Ability to succeed in a fully remote work environment
- Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Candidates must physically reside within the United States
- No visa sponsorship available now or in the future
