About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the coordination of the Spanish carrier network and help resolve operational issues
- Work with the team on transportation improvement initiatives across Spain and Europe
- Help track and maintain transportation performance indicators with support from data and operations teams
- Collaborate with Customer Care, Warehousing, and Product on transportation-related topics
- Support the Spain Transportation Manager with basic capacity planning tasks
- Help collect and analyze market information
- Assist in identifying and onboarding new carriers
- Support daily transportation operations and improve how orders move from warehouses to customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or a related field (internships included)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Transportation, or a related field
- Comfortable communicating in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Interest in data and basic analysis to support operational decisions
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time in a structured way
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work as part of a team
- Basic organizational and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail
