About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in the design and delivery of industrial electrification solutions
- Work with MV and LV systems, transformers, drives, and cabling
- Support conceptual design, cost estimation, and technical sales activities
- Occasionally participate in installation supervision and commissioning at customer sites
- Collaborate with the international project delivery team and different stakeholders
- Gradually take on greater responsibility and independently manage larger project entities
- Work alongside experienced engineers in project work
- Contribute to large-scale international industrial technology projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a relevant field, such as Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power Engineering
- Some experience in industrial process electrification projects
- Exposure to heavy industrial environments, for example through internships or summer jobs
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with industrial electrification, power distribution systems, electrical drives, and international standards such as IEC and NEMA is considered an advantage
- Detail-oriented and self-driven problem solver
- Ability to take ownership of work
- Systematic and solution-focused approach in demanding situations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning
- Willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites and internationally
- Must be willing to work in Finland; relocation assistance to Finland is not provided
