About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Roche's local finance operations, reporting and business intelligence capabilities
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Analyze financial and sales data
- Prepare recurring financial and operational reports
- Maintain high-quality financial master data
- Support the development of finance systems, reporting tools and processes
- Help ensure reliable financial information across the organization
- Own the local ICFR process from a finance perspective, including documentation and compliance activities
- Serve as Roche's local Tableau key user
- Provide user support and develop reporting capabilities
- Adapt global solutions to local business needs
- Work closely with Account Managers, Product Managers, Roche Shared Services and global analytics teams
- Support business controlling and statutory reporting activities
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- A few years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, financial reporting or a similar finance role
- Sound understanding of financial accounting
- Experience supporting financial reporting, month-end processes and business controlling activities
- Comfortable working with financial data and developing reports that support business decision-making
- A degree in finance, business administration, industrial engineering or another relevant field
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Good understanding of how reporting and analytics solutions are built, maintained and developed
- Strong Excel skills
- Previous experience with SAP and financial master data management is an advantage
- Fluent Finnish and English skills required
- Analytical, proactive and collaborative approach
- Clear communication and ability to take ownership of work
- Comfortable balancing recurring monthly responsibilities with changing business needs
- Application must be submitted in English
