About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in strength analysis and steel structures
  • Background in industrial machinery, mobile equipment, heavy industrial equipment, steel structures, or similar engineering environments
  • Good understanding of structural mechanics, strength calculations, dynamic analysis, and mechanical design
  • Ability to interpret 2D engineering drawings
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a major in Machine Design, Steel Structures, Engineering Mechanics, or similar is preferred
  • Relevant practical experience is accepted and encouraged
  • Experience with Finnsap, NX, Simcenter, Ansys, or similar engineering tools is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in English required
  • Finnish language skills are a plus
  • Analytical, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to solve technical challenges, take ownership, and develop expertise long term
  • Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30–60 days per year
