About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure project quality activities are planned, executed and followed up according to contractual requirements, customer expectations and established business processes
Act as the main quality contact within assigned projects
Work closely with Project Managers and the wider quality organization, including Quality Leads and other quality professionals
Coordinate project quality activities throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure inspections, audits and customer reporting are carried out effectively
Keep key project documentation up to date
Manage quality risks, deviations and corrective actions
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Capture and share lessons learned across projects
Work with various stakeholders in an international project environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least five years of experience in project quality management or a similar quality-focused project role
Strong auditing experience
Ideally an ISO 9001 auditor certification or equivalent background
Experience from industrial, engineering, process, energy or plant projects
Fluent Finnish and English skills required
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate and solve problems effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach and confidence to ask questions when needed
Ability to perform well under pressure
Relaxed and flexible professional mindset
Application in English or Finnish
Unable to provide relocation assistance to Finland
