Deliver consultancy projects independently with minimal supervision, including requirement gathering, design, build, and testing
Support project leads in delivering client engagements from start to finish
Engage professionally with clients and build trust through consistent delivery and communication
Collaborate with cross-regional teams and maintain visibility across projects
Ensure project governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards across deliverables
Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and capability uplift
Support initial client engagement through demo materials and proposal development
Participate in ideation and innovation sessions to improve delivery approaches and identify value propositions
Contribute to account growth by identifying follow-on work or client needs
Build client-business contacts to support future opportunities
Pursue and maintain relevant technology certifications
Become a go-to team member in a key area such as DQ, MDM, governance rollout and adoption, operating models, or workflow development
Support junior consultants with technical queries, peer reviews, and solution guidance
Contribute to internal best-practice development, templates, and accelerators

Requirements

What you’ll need

Confident to deliver projects independently with minimal supervision
Experience with requirement gathering, design, build, and testing
Solid stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-regional teams
Ability to ensure project governance, quality assurance, and documentation standards
Ability to mentor and guide junior consultants
Experience preparing materials for demo sessions and assisting in proposal development
Ability to participate in ideation and innovation sessions
Ability to identify potential follow-on work or client needs
Ability to build a network of contacts across the client’s business
Actively pursue and maintain certification in relevant technologies, e.g. Collibra and Ataccama
Depth in at least one key area or platform, such as DQ, MDM, Governance roll out and adoption, operating models, or workflows development
Ability to support technical queries, peer reviews, and solution guidance
