About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and configure the Medallia platform, including reports, dashboards, KPIs and visualisations
Configure, test and deploy customer surveys and feedback programmes
Manage Medallia Digital properties, intercepts, tagging and digital experience configurations
Gather requirements, conduct impact assessments and provide business analysis support
Troubleshoot platform, reporting, data and integration issues across business and IT teams
Support the SaaS application and underlying ETL/ELT pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and IBM DataStage
Coordinate troubleshooting with other IT teams
Develop and maintain HTML, CSS, JavaScript and script-based configurations and enhancements
Perform data validation, root-cause analysis, SQL and database investigations
Share knowledge and maintain the Confluence knowledge base in a structured, LLM-friendly format
Deliver assigned development tasks through to completion
Create or update at least one knowledge base article every month

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven, hands-on experience administering and configuring the Medallia platform
Experience configuring Medallia surveys, reporting and Medallia Digital
Experience supporting ETL/ELT pipelines, ideally in Microsoft Fabric and/or IBM DataStage
Strong SQL skills for data validation and root-cause analysis
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Experience gathering requirements and carrying out impact assessments with business stakeholders
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Direct Medallia platform experience is essential; candidates without it will not be considered
Experience with Atlassian Rovo is desirable
Experience building MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers is a big plus
Experience building AI solutions with ADK (Agent Development Kit) is highly valued
