About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with the Central Sterile Services Department (CSSD) product line
- Prospect and generate demand in hospitals, with a focus on CSSD operations
- Conduct equipment qualification assessments and prepare technical reports
- Develop feasibility studies to support project development
- Conduct regular training sessions for CSSD nursing teams
- Prepare and review technical specifications for tenders, public procurement records, and equipment and supply coding processes
- Provide post-sales support by identifying new opportunities and strengthening product utilization
- Train users on product operation, particularly during the initial implementation of the technology
- Address user questions and concerns
- Generate demand for product use during the post-sales phase and in awarded tenders
- Conduct feasibility studies to support market penetration of the products commercialized by the company
- Assist customers with service request submissions
- Maintain regular and consistent customer visits to build customer loyalty and remain alert to potential competitive threats
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical qualification in Nursing or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Specialization in Surgical Center and CSSD operations is a plus
- Knowledge of and practical experience with the legislation and regulatory standards governing CSSD operations preferred
- Availability to travel throughout Zona da Mata and southern Minas Gerais, with support for other regions of Minas Gerais when necessary
- Valid driver's license held for at least one year
- Own vehicle required
