About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Register, update, and maintain materials in the system
- Perform activities related to the SAP S/4HANA MM module
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers
- Issue and monitor purchase orders
- Analyze and manage contracts
- Support service provider contracting processes
- Monitor deadlines, commercial terms, and other information related to contracts
- Prepare departmental reports and controls
- Support internal departments with procurement-related requests
- Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of information in the systems used by the department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA MM module, particularly activities related to material master data
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Completed university degree
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Reside or work in Nova Lima, Minas Gerais, depending on the stated work location
