About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess whether correct procedures and disclosures have been made to insurer partners on sold policies
- Provide feedback to colleagues when issues are identified and ensure fixes are completed promptly
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and insurer reports
- Support sales agents by taking referrals
- Interact with the training team to highlight development issues
- Work as part of a team to maintain high-quality standards
- Assist the Commercial team in building controls for voice and non-voice renewal processes
- Collate information and slides for weekly “technical buzz” sessions
- Design, develop and maintain Insurance Intranet pages with new Commercial team content
- Support insurance broking teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable customer journey
- Ensure business and customer processes are accurate and up to date
Requirements
What you’ll need- Confident in working with various stakeholders
- Effective communication skills and time management skills
- Ability to deliver on KPIs in a fast-paced environment
- Highest ethical standards due to the regulatory environment within the Insurance team
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Laser-focused attention to detail
- Enthusiastic with a positive/can-do mindset
