About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collect, verify, and consolidate financial and operational data from various internal tools and stakeholders
Support the preparation and updating of dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and periodic reports
Contribute to improving the usability and clarity of performance management tools and, where possible, automating them
Support the monthly closing process, including data preparation, consistency checks, and the production of monitoring reports
Analyze variances between forecasts and actual results, identify the underlying drivers, and prepare concise analyses
Occasionally participate in cross-functional projects related to performance management, process optimization, or improvements to monitoring tools
Report to the Finance / Financial Controlling team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a rigorous approach
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
Gap-year or final-year internship
Six-month internship available between January and July 2027
