About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map the current state and define the target architecture, transition plan, and documented architectural decisions.
Establish standards for IAM, authorization, tenant isolation, data, RAG, memory, files, logs, and integrations.
Assess security, LGPD, vendor, licensing, dependency, and portability risks.
Review solution designs and exercise technical veto authority when critical risks remain unmitigated.
Define NFRs, SLOs, backup, restore, disaster recovery, resilience, observability, and capacity requirements.
Support estimates and build, adapt, rebuild, or retire decisions during assessments and platform evolution.
Deliver C4 models and DFDs, the target architecture, ADRs, and a transition roadmap.
Deliver security, integration, data, tenancy, and operations standards.
Deliver risk assessments and technical gate and release criteria.
Collaborate with the Tech Lead, DevOps, Data, AI, Security, DPO, Legal, Product Owner, and vendors.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in solution architecture or production cloud platforms.
Strong knowledge of application security, IAM, APIs, data, integration, infrastructure, and reliability.
Ability to balance evolutionary architecture, speed, cost, and risk.
Clear communication with engineering, Legal, Security, the DPO, and executives.
Experience with multi-tenancy, AI agents, LLMOps, RAG, or automation platforms.
Knowledge of NIST, OWASP ASVS/API/GenAI, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, or applied LGPD.
