About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design the architecture of the customer relationship ecosystem: CRM, product catalog, B2B and B2C websites, and their integrations with existing tools (ERP, logistics, payment)
Configure and enhance Salesforce: data model, automations, permissions, and customer journeys, in coordination with the implementation partner
Set up e-commerce websites on Shopify or an equivalent solution: technical decisions, configuration, applications, and B2B-specific requirements
Structure the digital catalog: product data model, data feeds, and synchronization between the CRM, catalog, and websites
Lead SaaS integrations: APIs, connectors, data flows, monitoring, and incident management
Ensure technical quality: testing and acceptance, security, GDPR compliance, performance, and documentation
Act as the technical point of contact for the business project director, project owners, and service providers
Translate business requirements into concrete solutions and provide guidance on key decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of technical experience working on CRM or e-commerce projects
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, including configuration, automations, and data modeling
Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification is a plus
Hands-on experience with Shopify or an equivalent e-commerce platform, ideally in both B2B and B2C environments
Strong knowledge of SaaS solutions and their integrations: REST APIs, webhooks, connectors, and integration tools
Good understanding of product and customer data (catalogs, PIM, data quality)
Proficiency in AI
Understanding of retail business challenges: omnichannel customer journeys, product offerings, and professional and individual customers
Ability to organize technical work, manage implementation partners, and meet commitments within the project framework
Rigor, organization, and strong attention to detail
Ability to explain technical topics clearly and simply
Curiosity about the latest developments in digital and retail
Close collaboration with business project owners
