About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform monthly accounting close and consolidate accounting information
- Prepare account reconciliations related to capital contributions, debt, and shareholders’ equity
- Record capital contribution journal entries
- Handle internal requests (OIPs) from business areas
- Prepare documentation and evidence to support internal and external audits
- Support compliance with SOX and DAP internal controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Previous experience with accounting close procedures
- Knowledge of accounting standards (CPC/IFRS)
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) or audit environment
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Fortaleza
