About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the accounts receivable cycle
- Prepare collection invoice proposals
- Support activities related to accounts receivable, billing, and customer account clearing
- Support the month-end close, including IFRS 9 – non-trade ECL
- Validate data for monthly non-trade ECL reports
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable
- Monitor and reconcile credits, advances, and unidentified receipts
- Support audits and SOX and DAP internal controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience with accounts receivable processes (Order to Cash)
- Knowledge of IFRS 9
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience in a Shared Services Center (SSC) is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in downtown Rio de Janeiro
