About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map, document, and analyze business processes (As-Is and To-Be)
Develop, test, and deploy bots using RPA platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism
Integrate bots with APIs, databases, AI services, and intelligent agents
Incorporate AI and GenAI models into automations to enable intelligent decision-making
Perform unit, integration, and regression testing of bots
Monitor, maintain, and optimize automations in production
Produce detailed technical documentation for automations
Work closely with the Lead Architect to ensure compliance with defined standards
Identify automation opportunities
Develop scalable solutions and contribute to digital transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; graduates from all fields are welcome
Experience developing and implementing RPA solutions
Knowledge of at least one automation platform, such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
Knowledge of programming languages, preferably Python, C#, or VB.NET
Experience integrating systems through REST APIs, web services, and databases
Knowledge of business process mapping and modeling (As-Is and To-Be)
Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent agents
Knowledge of software testing, exception handling, and automation monitoring
Ability to develop technical solutions in accordance with architectural standards and development best practices
Preferred: experience integrating AI models and LLMs into automation workflows
Preferred: knowledge of intelligent-agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel
Preferred: experience with RAG architectures and integrating AI with knowledge bases
Preferred: experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Preferred: knowledge of code version control and CI/CD practices
Preferred: experience in intelligent automation and digital transformation projects
