About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct process mapping, develop As-Is designs, present findings, identify gaps, and prepare meeting minutes
Develop presentations detailing the results of process diagnostics
Develop To-Be processes aligned with client expectations
Prepare functional specifications for systems, focusing on modifications introduced by new processes
Provide functional support to the technical team during solution development
Record and track outstanding items from business areas
Support project scope control and manage the escalation process to ensure adherence to the schedule and scope
Prepare management and executive presentations
Work collaboratively and communicate assertively
Serve as the project reference point by proactively proposing solutions and supporting project needs
Work across Change Management pillars, including stakeholder engagement, training, communication planning, issue and risk identification and resolution, and post-rollout support
Interact with the project team, client, and other stakeholders to diagnose needs and review solution designs
Define and execute stakeholder engagement strategies and develop/apply action plans for stakeholder management
Develop analyses, formulate hypotheses, and present solutions to address client needs
Work on strategic planning, process mapping and redesign, operating model, performance indicator management, and change management projects
Build and monitor risk matrices and action and risk mitigation plans
Define, support, and execute training strategies and plans, including target audience, timing, channels, monitoring, and feedback
Support other consultants with project-related needs
Analyze documents, databases, and reports and develop analyses
Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree required; all fields of study are welcome, with a preference for tax knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Strong client communication skills
Ability to independently manage assigned requests and deliverables
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Tax knowledge is desirable
