About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and maintain the reference architecture for data, AI, and automation solutions, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, AI pipelines, and RPA
- Serve as the technical lead and team coordinator, assigning tasks, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring technical quality
- Act as Agile Master, facilitating agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Remove technical and organizational impediments and protect the team from external interruptions
- Serve as the direct point of contact for the client, leading meetings, technical alignment sessions, and results presentations
- Define governance, security, and LGPD compliance standards for data, AI, and automation
- Lead the design and evolution of Machine Learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and intelligent agent solutions
- Define guidelines and architecture for RPA, supporting the development of bots and integrations with enterprise systems
- Support backlog prioritization jointly with the client, aligning it with strategic objectives
- Monitor and communicate team and solution performance metrics, including quality, performance, and business value
- Take a hands-on role in critical projects when necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree; all fields of study are welcome
- Proven experience in the technical leadership of Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation initiatives
- Experience designing data solution architectures, including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and processing pipelines
- Advanced knowledge of Data Engineering, data integration, modeling, and processing
- Experience with Machine Learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), and intelligent agent solutions
- Knowledge of the architecture and implementation of RPA solutions and integrations with enterprise systems
- Experience with data governance, security, quality, and LGPD compliance
- Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban, including facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments
- Experience coordinating technical teams, managing requests, prioritizing backlogs, and monitoring deliverables
- Experience working directly with clients and leading executive and technical meetings and presentations
- Ability to work hands-on in critical projects, with the autonomy to guide solutions and resolve complex technical challenges
- Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement, three days per week, in Rio de Janeiro
- Preferred: experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Preferred: knowledge of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Preferred: experience with Generative AI architectures, LLMs, RAG, and intelligent agents
- Preferred: knowledge of MLOps, DataOps, and AI model monitoring
- Preferred: experience in consulting, digital transformation, and large enterprise environments
