About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain back-end and front-end applications integrated with Artificial Intelligence solutions
- Implement and integrate Machine Learning and Generative AI (GenAI) models into enterprise applications and systems
- Develop intelligent agents and virtual assistants using specialized frameworks and technologies
- Build dialogue flows, conversational logic, and state management for intelligent agents
- Develop integrations between agents, applications, APIs, databases, and enterprise services
- Implement LLM-based solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and autonomous agents
- Conduct functional, performance, and usability testing to ensure application quality and reliability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI solutions in production, seeking improvements in performance and scalability
- Work alongside DevOps teams on deployment, integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and observability processes
- Apply software development, version control, security, and technical documentation best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed; candidates from all fields of study are welcome
- Experience in software development using Python
- Experience with back-end development and application integration through REST APIs
- Experience with or strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience integrating Machine Learning and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) models into applications
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-based application development
- Experience with or familiarity with developing intelligent agents and virtual assistants
- Knowledge of frameworks for developing agents and AI applications
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases
- Knowledge of software testing, code version control, and development best practices
- Familiarity with deployment, CI/CD, and application monitoring processes
- Preferred: experience with Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Cloud Storage
- Preferred: knowledge of Gemini models and Vertex AI Agent Builder
- Preferred: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Google Agent Development Kit (ADK)
- Preferred: knowledge of RAG architectures and autonomous agents
- Preferred: experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Preferred: knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices
- Preferred: experience with observability, monitoring, and optimization of AI applications in production
