About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and consolidation of BIP’s OT and Industrial Transformation offering
Build and execute the go-to-market strategy, including priority sectors, offerings, partners, and target accounts
Develop new opportunities and expand engagement with industrial clients
Build relationships with leaders in Operations, Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, Technology, and Transformation
Translate operational challenges into solutions integrating processes, automation, industrial systems, data, and AI
Lead proposals, executive presentations, business cases, and commercial negotiations
Work with business units, Centers of Excellence, and partners to develop integrated offerings
Expand and develop the partner network and complementary capabilities
Take executive leadership of strategic projects, ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, quality, risks, and outcomes
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and serve as the primary executive interface with the client
Ensure portfolio sustainability by monitoring the pipeline, sales, revenue, margin, and client satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in consulting or companies providing digital products and solutions
Track record in business development, offering development, and B2B account management
Experience leading complex industrial transformation projects or programs
Knowledge of the OT environment, including automation, MES/MOM, IT/OT integration, and industrial data
Ability to connect technology with business outcomes, productivity, quality, asset availability, and operational efficiency
Experience working with executives and leaders at industrial clients
Ability to mobilize and lead multidisciplinary teams across processes, architecture, technology, data, and engineering
Commercial acumen, executive communication skills, and the ability to develop compelling value propositions
Entrepreneurial mindset, with a high degree of autonomy, collaboration, and results orientation
Willingness to travel nationally
Professional English proficiency
