About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Examine market data and execute the survey process for assigned countries
Assess survey results and create diagnostics supporting further application of Birches Group's Community™ products and services
Inform management about issues related to the survey process
Explain survey participation and required data collection processes
Explain survey results to clients, including linkages between Community™ Jobs, Community™ Market, and other Community™ components
Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines
Maintain consistent quality in survey data production
Review the work of more junior analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Motivation to learn and work independently
Comfortable working in an informal environment with a lot of freedom and responsibility
Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and exhibit grace under pressure
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues
Strong work ethic and good working habits to ensure timely completion of tasks
