About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the preparation and assembly of RFQ, RFP, EOI, and pre-qualification submissions
- Develop and format submission content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with client requirements
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to proposal standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, refine, and integrate technical inputs
- Develop, format, and enhance resumes/CVs for key personnel
- Build and maintain a structured content library containing project descriptions, resumes, and reusable proposal content
- Draft and refine project summaries, staff profiles, and standard narrative content
- Identify content gaps and update materials to improve quality, consistency, and reuse
- Ensure content reflects current capabilities, messaging, and branding standards
- Track proposal milestones and support efficient workflows across multiple pursuits
- Participate in proposal planning and review activities
- Maintain organized document management, version control, and file structures
- Contribute to improvements in templates, tools, and content management practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Post-secondary education in Business, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field is preferred
- Equivalent experience in proposal development, content writing, or document coordination will be considered
- Strong writing, editing, and document formatting skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical information into clear, structured, and client-focused content
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), particularly in document formatting and layout
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment
- Exposure to proposal development in construction, engineering, or professional services is an asset
- Experience developing resumes, project profiles, or structured content libraries is an asset
- Familiarity with proposal templates, branding standards, and content management tools is an asset
